I haven't seen it in the "New" category and I think many others also not.
But you can only see it under "Search".
So go to search, click on bag and brown and go to the last page (2).
It must be the last bag. It just costs 5 SDs and is for NON SS.
That's really great because Non SS can buy the bag with their Play and Earn Money=)
